Queen Elizabeth national Park and the caves
( Amabere ga nyina mwiru)
The assigned tour guide will pick you up at your house and depart right away for Queen Elizabeth National park. An enroute stop over at the Equator line for the Equator experience and some photos. The drive takes you to south Western Uganda which is beutiful, relatively higher with an elevation ranging between 1200 to 1800 metre above sea level. You will have lunch in Mbarara town before heading to the game park. You will head straight to the open plains of Queen Elizabeth in search for the big four, today it will be a short game drive since you need to check in before it gets dark.
Check in at the lodge,dinner and over night.
After your early morning breakfast, you will head out for a game drive in a pooped up Safari car towards the open Savanas of Queen Elizabeth. During the game drive you will be on a look for Lions, leopard, Elephants, Bush bucks, Cape Buffaloes, defassa waterbucks, gaint forest hoge, Uganda kobs among others. There after proceed for some rest and lunch at the lodge. After lunch, you will go for a 2 hours boat trip on the kazinga channel which connects lake Gorge to Edward and you will be fascinated by the concentration of gaint hippos, elephants, Buffaloes, crocodiles among others. You will also see many bird spicies on the water shores. You will then head back to the savanna for some more game viewing.
Dinner and over night at the lodge.
Have break fast and set off, through fortportal town. You will have a chance to see the Rwenzoris Mountains from a distance. Then head to the caves, amabere ga nyina mwiru, enjoy the falls and you will learn about the history of the king who cut off her daughter's breast simply because she refused to marry the suggested man.Youll have a lunch break as you head back to Kampala.
Reach Kampala in the evening and then you will be dropped at your home in Kampala.
After your morning breakfast you will transfer to fortportal through the rift valley escarpments of bulisa, enjoy the beautiful scenery as we drive through. After our lunch in fortportal city, we shall transfer to the caves( amabere ga nyina mwiru) for another interesting cultural trial tour. There is a very beautiful falls which is believed to have happened after a princess breast was cut off by her father. You will enjoy all these stories there.
Dinner and over night at Fort motel/ Ducthess in Fortpotal.

We keep our group sizes low so that you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 15 travelers on a trip but the average is 10.
Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking.
To travel independently you must be at least 18 years of age. There are no upper age limits for most of our tours. Also, travellers with pre-existing medical conditions are required to complete a medical questionnaire. Our Family Adventures are open to families with children aged between 5 and 17 years of age. Our standard (non-family) adventures are open to children aged 12 years or older when accompanied by a parent (max. two children per adult). The two-children-per-adult restriction does not apply to our Family adventures.
